Kempston Park is an enclave within North Commonia, surrounded from the South by the ruins of the Great Kempston Wall, which was erected between the 3rd and 9th centuries, and from the North by the sea. Its administrational centre is Templeton. The terrain is hilly, with plenty of forests.
The enclave has strong democratic foundations, unlike the rest of the anarchic Commonia. It has strong police force, army, navy and air force.
Although not a separate country, there are checkpoints at all the roads entering the enclave where all travelers must identify themselves with valid documents.
Kempston Park has a vivid academic life, free healthcare, free education, sunny beaches, significant agricultural production and a large number of industry leading companies are based in this area.
Kempston Park citizens often refer to themselves as "Kempstonians" and are usually friendly with tourists. Although the enclave has a strong professional army, the general attitude is peace-loving and pacifist. There is no official language in Kempston Park, there are settlements with German, French, English and Italian population.
The Parliament is in Templeton with 120 members. Elections are held every 4 years. The leading party is the KPPPP (Kempston Park Peace and Progress Party), although in recent years the radical KPIP (Kempston Park Independence Party) is getting significantly strong and aims to fight total independence from Commonia in the coming decade.
