Thoughts on my semi-complex motorway intersection?

I have created a motorway junction that reflects a "failed motorway" which fell victim to alterations in road planning. Originally, the M172 was planned to connect the city of Stornæs to a motorway that would go west, into the mountains, from Herbertskirken. However, the plan was scrapped due to lack of money (the President needed a new mansion). At that point, the junction between the M17 and the M172 was already finished. As such, the M172 was made to terminate into the federal-level highway T10 on the south side and serve as an extension of the M17 on the north side, where it will connect to a expressway and an older motorway I have not added to the map yet.

One alteration however was made to the design of the T junction: in order to prevent the congestion of the exit "1b" that was due to be constructed, it was made to double as the exit for those coming from the southeast. An exit ramp leads from the M17 to the T29. The exit further north therefore was left incomplete. An inconvenience arises from this: traffic coming from the direction of St. Martin and wishing to enter the motorway can not enter it here.

Another sign of the alteration of the plan is the sharp curve of the M17 further south, just north of Herbertskirken: originally, a TATSO cloverleaf intersection with the motorway going west (that was never constructed) was planned there. I think that I will add an odd-looking exit there.

What do you think at my attempt at "versimilitude" when it comes to road planning, at creating a truly imperfect transport network?
