Hi there everyone! As you all know a rushed attempt to fix the capital of Mecnya, Phoenix, was started just recently. Sadly the attempt resulted in good work being deleted in the name of progress, and no plan was set out. I have developed a plan for the city, and would like your opinions on it.
^As you see here, the city center would be kept mostly intact, but ideas about needed things would be nice. I would like to take on the old city, based off of caso viejo in panama city.
^Self Explanatory, we may need to delete some of the worst parts of the suburbs
Also, Ideas about canal stuff are needed.
