Hi! I would like to inform that I have created and expanded Orlans Valley, a middle-upper class community on the edges of Gobras City with major commercial and financial spots. It is a very green and bike friendly city, with parks surrounding the creek throughout the entire city, and biking paths that go throughout most parks, the old town and the downtown. I am planning on expanding the city even further with mostly residential everywhere between Tequalia and Lampson Avenues, as well as further south between El Verano Way, Freedom Boulevard and the freeway. Throughout all of these zones I will continue including parks and bike lanes all throughout. I need some ideas and possibly help to achieve all of these, so if anyone wants to offer any ideas in the comments or help maybe send me a message and we can coordinate! Have a nice day!
