Hello all,
I have recently discovered a new system for zoning. All I do is in a town or city, create a commercial, residential, or industrial area. I may add a few buildings, and I still have yet to in some areas. My work currently is in Ishidashima. I also have created a new island, Yamahato-shima.
Also, I already know my scale is off, so please don't mention it. The citizens really don't mind it. ;)
