Is something up with multipolygons?

Hey you guys,

I have not mapped a lot recently, but I was planning to start again. I noticed that the map, or maybe only the standard layer, had an update. Some of the coulours seemed different, nothing too dramatic, but then I saw that most, if not all, of my multipolygon relations that I have mapped before have stopped working. The intended result of the mapping is still visible in the Histor-layer and the Topomap, but have disappeared in the Standard-layer.

For example:

http://opengeofiction.net/#map=16/-45.5707/141.8990 The fortress in Zelem, still standing proud in the Histor-layer and Topomap, but submerged beneath the water in the standard-layer

http://opengeofiction.net/#map=15/-45.5251/143.0586 Kolmen and surroundings, the church inside Kolmen is still visible in the Histor-layer and the Topomap, but is gone in the standard-layer. In the surrounding countryside the forrest and the other landscape features are not separated anymore, the forest layer is visible through the grasslands and agricultural areas in the standard-layer.

http://opengeofiction.net/#map=19/-45.65725/142.85881 In my newest town that I was working on, the church is not visible on the square, while in the other two layers it is clearly there.

Did I do something wrong in the past while mapping, or is something wrong with multipolygon relations in the map after an update? Hope you guys can help me with figuring it out.

Thanks in advance
